You are part of the same bs we already have on the Council. Let&#39;s talk about how you plan on getting the City budget into the black, or what in the world do you plan on doing with Rio Nuevo? Tucson City government is the laughing stock of the State, and if it had better publicity would be the laughing stock of the country.
